Description
The shop: Do not hesitate to come and discover the backstage of our production, in the Val d'Ajol. You can watch the butchers apply their know-how and taste our delicatessen products in front of the smoking rooms.
Open 7 days a week from 10am to 6pm non-stop.
Tasting: All our flavours to discover such as the andouille du Val d'Ajol, smoked ham nuts, gandoyau, filet mignon and more...
Smoking rooms: Smoked in the traditional way, with beech wood, our Vosges specialities made in front of you will delight your taste buds with their unique flavour.
Visits to the showroom on weekdays, between 10am and 12pm and between 2pm and 4pm (production visible in the morning).
