LE VOSGIEN GIVRÉ - GLACES ARTISANALES

From April to September, Le Vosgien Givré offers ice creams and sorbets for sale in the Gérardmer store, and in food trucks the rest of the year. Our ice creams and sorbets are homemade from quality raw materials (most of our ingredients: hazelnut pralines, almonds, pistachio paste, etc.) For sorbets, fruit pulp is supplied by Adamance, but can also be homemade from fresh fruit. Some flavors require natural products, such as flouve, a grass found in our meadows with tonka bean and vanilla flavors. The raw materials are of the highest quality: some are local, while others come from sustainable agriculture. The ice cream cones are homemade and baked on site. All this to ensure the best possible final product. Only nine flavors can be offered simultaneously in the ice cream van's display case, so the flavors will be in permanent rotation without taking away from the great classics.
