Description
La ferme des Plombes is a family farm for several generations. Come and discover our farm products and visit our pretty farm perched on the heights of Xonrupt with a magnificent view of the Hohneck. You will be able to understand the life of the rural world, the jobs of the farm, its human and economic activities. Reasoned breeding and respect for the environment are our priorities.
Our cheeses are made from the milk of our cows fed on grass and mountain hay.
Individually or in small groups, with free access during opening hours, you can discover the farm and all its activities: breeding, production, techniques used... You will be able to take part in the life of today's agricultural world.
You will be able to see the cheese factory, through picture windows from the shop where you will find our different products.
We are present every Thursday and Saturday morning at the Gérardmer market.
