The Bistrot Gourmand is just a stone's throw from the Basilica of St Maurice, in the heart of Épinal's historic centre. It welcomes you in the former outbuildings of the Chanoinesses. A renowned restaurant of Epinal for 17 years, the Bistrot Gourmand offers gastronomic cuisine where local products are the centre of attention and prepared with a touch of modernism. Master restaurateur since 2008.

Two air-conditioned rooms on the ground floor, one room with 40 covers on the first floor. Nice terrace in the summer in a quiet area.

Annual closure: Christmas holidays.
