Description
Production and processing of organic aromatic and medicinal plants. We suggest the Brin d’Herbe Workshop. During a walk, you learn to recognise culinary (and toxic) plants and then you concoct original dishes, followed by a tasting (or meal). Day or half day, reservation required. Point of sale open every Tuesday or by appointment (syrups, jellies, jams, herbs, oils, vinegars, balm and massage oil ...).
